Either "The Suffering" games. The first one gave me the creeps for a week. I'm 6"1' 240 Lbs mostly muscle, I'm in the military and have seen some @h!t, and I was terrified of little guys running around with syringes stuck in them and protruding from their eye sockets. And what is up with that radio in that jail cell...creeped me out for some reason..."You can not hold me American Prison". Very Silent Hillesq, but with a solid theme instead of a shady one, but I'm not giving any spoilers. It won't disappoint.

Depends on the platform

Xbox 360- Condemed Criminal Origins, Quake 4 ( kinda )

Xbox - Doom 3

PS2 - I'm sorry, i would have to say Resident evil, and Silent Hill

Game Cube - Resident Evil 4

Sorry, can't say much. You pretty much said most of the PS2 scary games

I would suggest either The Suffering:Ties that bind, or Silent Hill:The Room.

If you have a Game Cube I recommend Eternal Darkness. I'm not easily scared when it comes to video games, but there are times in this game when I'm scared out of my mind.

You've mentioned the best,
But try "Fahrenheit: indigo prophecy", it's not scary, but makes
you tense, nerveus & sad! ('Cause it deals with a Real guy.)
