What do you think about Israeli attack on Lebanon? Do you think it is right or wrong act? WHY?

The Muslim Arabs in the countries surrounding Israel have been
trying to destroy Israel every since the country was founded. After the 6 Day War in 1967 when Syria, Jordan, and Egypt went to war against Israel and lost in 6 days; the Arab countries surrounding Israel have realized they can't defeat Israel in a regular war. Since then, they have been using propaganda and gorilla warfare to try to destroy Israel. Israel has been very restrained in their response to the Arab's attacks.

I guess that with the USA occupied in Iraq, the Arabs think they
can increase the number and severity of the attacks against
Israel. Israel is only defending itself against a very determined enemy.

Lebanon attacked Israel first, so I think that the whole thing is a good idea.Hezbola terrorists run the Southern part of Lebanon,yet their army has done nothing to stop the terrorists.If Lebanons government will not take control in it's own country then somebody must.Israel is being attacked so they must defend.

Israel pulled out of Lebanon in year 2000 hoping for peace. Hizbollah (terror organization) killed 12 Israeli soldiers and kidnapped 2 for no reason (that's how the mess start) ever since the killed many more citizens. Lebanon should control their borders and not to let terror groups to control their countries and to kill innocent people.

It is WRONG. Israel is using the hezbollah attack as a pretext to invade Lebanon. Israel continuously violates human rights in Palestine, and refuses to comply with UN resolutions. Besides, Hezbollah attacked military target in Sheba Farms, which is being disputed by Lebanon as its territory but is occupied by Israel.

Israel is an independent state it has full right to proctect itself like any other country lebanon and palestine.
To me it seems Israel should take Lebanon Govt. into confidence and take out disturbing elements; why an ordninary civilian suffered; lebanon country infrasturcture destroyed; who is responsible ... Both are wrong at this time .

It is justified as Lebanon is harbouring terrorists. As long as they do not join forces with Israel to break up Hezbollah they are just as guilty as those in it. The problem is Lebanon is powerless to do anything, which is why Israel will help them.

Poor Lebanon!!!! It is torn between Arabicism, Palestinianism, Hezbollahism, Syrianism, Iranianism, and Israel. Is there any Lebaneesism........

Lebanon should have given the israiles their soldiers back who were in hostage. But war is not the answer, too many people die and nothing gets resolved for the better.

It is totally WRONG for israel to attack Lebanon. israel is killing innocent Lebanese (whom are no harm to israel) to defend itself ........ Its killing Lebanese army who aren't even taking part of this israeli attack ON INNOCENT LEBANESE CHRISTANS AND MUSLIMS. First, if you look back in history, israel shouldn't have existed in the Middle- East....It should be wiped out from the MAP...NO COUNTRY LIKE israelis B'CAUSE IT IS THEM WHO KILLED JESUS ...It wouldn't be there in the Middle - East without US'S help......US provided israel with NUCLEAR BOMB when no other ARAB countries have one.....I WOULD LOVE TO SEE israel ******* BOMBING US.....IT WOULD E SO FUNNNNNNN TO WATCH.
