like you read in my question i have trouble going to sleep early but at the same time i want to wake up really early and most of the time i end up awake the hole nigth then i am so tired so i go to slep for like ten hours and the same thing hapens over and over again

any suggestion of what i can do about that

It sounds like you need to break your cycle of being up all night & sleeping all day. I've had that problem before, as my work schedule is erratic. I've found if I can manage to fall asleep early for 3 or 4 nights, the pattern is broken and I can get back to a normal sleeping schedule. To do that, I take melatonin; it is an herbal supplement.

Melatonin, the insomniac natural cure. taken in moderation it can hekp you to regulate your sleep again. I use to put in a movie that I really like but have seen 50 million times and I was generally out within 15 min, then I'd wake up later turn off movie and move to bed for rest of night

Sounds like you need a sleep disorder specialist. It may not affect you while you're in your prime(if it IS a sleep disorder), but it WILL catch up to you eventually. Don't mess with it...and don't self medicate, k?

do you drink alot of caffine or smoke? ido same except still dont sleep long. maybe try sleep study
