my neighbor is an idiot
using a chainsaw up in the air to cut a branch off a tree which then fell on top of him
digging holes in his yard for some reason and hitting a water main that the city then had to come out and fix
trying to steal cable from another house but ended up putting the entire neighborhood's cable out
throwing ashes from one of his "bonfires" into the woods which then started a fire that had to be put out by the fire department

Ok, this is all the same husband and wife. Seriously.
1. After a rain, she uses the leaf blower to dry off the driveway, so she can sweep the leaves off with a broom.
2. In the spring, I've seen him shoveling snow ONTO the driveway from the yard, in an effort to make it melt faster.
3. Also in the spring, I've seen him driving his truck over the snowbank to break up the ice, so he can shovel more of it onto the driveway.
4. We've tested this one before... EVERY time one of the other neighbors is doing lawn work in the summer, She shoos him out the door to do some work on their yard. One day we (the other neighbors) took turns. Once one neighbor was done, we'd let him go in for about 5 minutes, and then another neighbor would start up their lawnmower, and then back out he comes to work on the yard some more. He put in an eleven hour shift on his lawn that day...

Unfortunatley, it wasnt me, it was my mum who saw this, but she glanced out the window and the fella across the road was mowing the lawn naked, on april fools day. She couldnt believe it, and the police took some convincing then she rang them about it because it was april fools day. I wish i was there, it would have been hilarious. These particular neighbour, though, are freaks. Theyve had screaming matches out the front of their house, in the street, ect. Good for a bit of entertainment.

Well, I once saw a crazy neighbor walking her cat in the front yard on a leash. I thought that was strange.
I also saw a neighbor standing in front of a window, masturbating. I guess he was feeling a little exhibitionistic.
I think that's about it. I guess I've lived in some boring neighborhoods.

Well, I've seen this guy mowing grass for a couple of minutes and starting to pick his nose, and I guess he knows no one is watching he swallowed it. A bad morning..Hah.!!

OMG! I saw this neighbour of mine digging her nose. After she dug out all the unwanted stuff in there, she eats it. GROSS!

Poop off of their balcony, and wipe with leaves. Disturbing. Utterly disturbing. Actually it was kind of hot.
