The Phantom is pretty bad, but I think Robin is worse. I mean, take away the whole ambiguously gay attitude between him and Batman, and you still have some guy wearing red tights with green underwear on the outside with a yellow cape and elf boots. Not just gay, but fa-laming!

I think it's Robin, back in the 1940's when he wore a speedo instead of pants. His legs were always so pale and feminine, and on top of that he wore those weird elf-shoe things. That really creeped me out.
