The key to this whole thing is "Did Lebanon send rockets to Israel or kidnap anybody/" or did some mis-guided or crazed individuals do it from Lebanon?

When that guy blew up the building in Oklahoma City, did we send troops or tanks to his village and kill his relatives. Did we announce that a Christian terroist did it? No, we realized the difference between what HE did and what his hometown did or county did or family did.

When all those Saudi Arabians blew up our World Trade Center, did we attack Saudi Arabia?

It all boils down to, "Are we ready to world-wide nuclear war right now?

When there was evidence that USSR had missles in Cuba, we all were scared. Fortunately, then we had a mature, educated president, John Kennedy, who immediately personally called the Kremlin leader at that time, Krushchev. They dickered over this and came to a settlement, because even Kruschev was afraid of world Wide Nuclear War.

A cowboy response today may sooth your internal visceral feelings, but think about the big picture.

Are there any reasonable Americans left who realize that the unconditional support of Israel in these matters and the billions of military support we give them is irresponsible and may have indrectly caused the attack on the World Trade Center.

Does anyone remember that when Bush and his aides took over, for the first time since Israel was formed by the US and Britain, the Americn president took a vacation from trying to make the existence of Israel in that part of the world work?

You must be thinking this war is about a little insignificant dirty piglet zionist soldier, the dirty Zionists have been preparing for this attack months earlier and was constantly pushing for it, with the goal of destroying the Hamas infrastructure and its government. They are the one who initiated an escalation on 8 June when it assassinated Abu Samhadana, a senior appointee of the Hamas government, and intensified its shelling of civilians in the Gaza Strip. Governmental authorization for action on a larger scale was already given by 12 June, but it was postponed in the wake of the global reverberation caused by the killing of civilians in the air force bombing the next day.
The abduction of the Zionist pig soldier released the safety-catch, and the operation began on 28 June with the destruction of infrastructure in Gaza and the mass detention of the Hamas leadership in the West Bank, which was also planned weeks in advance.

Pigs And Apes, phallic and Tyrants worshipers, the scum of the earth.

The mightiest army in the Middle East has no military answer to the home-made rockets. One answer that presents itself is what Hamas has been proposing all along, and Haniyeh repeated this week - a comprehensive cease-fire. Hamas has proven already that it can keep its word. In the 17 months since it announced its decision to abandon armed struggle in favor of political struggle, and declared a unilateral cease-fire (“tahdiya” - calm), it did not participate in the launching of Qassams, except under severe Israeli provocation, as happened in the June escalation. However, Hamas remains committed to political struggle against the occupation of Gaza and the West Bank. In Israel's view, the Palestinians elections results is a disaster, because for the first time they have a leadership that insists on representing Palestinian interests rather than just collaborating with Israel's demands.

This war will run out of control until - as has so often happened in the past - Israel itself calls for a ceasefire and releases prisoners. Then the international big-hitters will arrive and make their way to the real Lebanese capital Beirut and appeal for help. And prisoner swaps is all that will come of this.

In January 2004, for example, the dirty zionists freed 436 Arab prisoners and released the bodies of 59 Lebanese for burial, in return for an Israeli spy and the bodies of three dirty zionist soldiers.

As long ago as 1985, three the dirty zionist soldiers captured in 1982 were traded for 1,150 Lebanese and Palestinian prisoners. So Hizbollah knows - and the dirty zionists know - how this cruel game is played. How many have to die before the swaps begin is a more important question.

What is also clear is that for the first time the dirty zionist is facing two Islamic Mujahideen Armies - in southern Lebanon and in Gaza - rather than nationalist guerrillas.

Do you care to tell us WHY do they have these rockets pointed to Israel? Did Israel totally withdraw from Lebanon? Or they still occupy parts of it? Who started the occupation and destruction of Lebanon in 1982? Who attacked all of the Arab countries next door and stole their lands? Do you remember Sabra and Shatilla massacre in Lebanon? Stop the Israeli violence and disregard to any and all international bodies and laws and then you will really have peace. The more force the Israelis use the more hatred they will get and more enemies and more people ready to do more terrorist acts against Israel. If you only had Hezbollah as an enemy before the attacks now you have all Lebanon against Israel in addition to angry Arabs and Muslims all over the world!!!

Hezbullah is not terrorist groupe
when you fight to leberate your country from occupation you are not terrorist
when you have your children and women killed by Israel, and no body defends you ,you have to do the same with your enemy
Israel is the one who steals others' lands and makes huge massacres where ever it strikes
look at statistics,4000 palestinian civilians, thousands of civilians in Lebanon, tens of war crimes
countless number of prisoners, some of them are teenagers without guilt
Israel occupied Lebanon ,syria and Egypt like Hitler did with European countries
Please be fair once,for change!

They have every right to protect themselves and I believe that anyone else who says otherwise would feel differently if they lived in a country that was being attacked. Let's say, if they lived in Israel.

Israel does have this precise. The UN will locate Israel at fault no count number what it does. Israel can not forget approximately approximately 1000's of rockets falling on their cities. No different u . s . might. Civilian casualties are due quite often to hamas utilizing civilians as human shields. Israel needs to cut back civilian casualties as this will improve worldwide stress. Hamas needs to maximise Palestinian civilian casualties via fact it reward their reason (struggling with Israel).

I do. It pisses me off when people attack us (US) or Israel for turning the heat up on terrorists and hostile governments that support them and their goals, but turn a deaf ear to terrorist attacks that deliberatley kill many innocent people. Its like they are perfectly ok with, and support, Islamic militants and their desire to kill/destroy Israel, Jews, and anyone who supports them. F**king useless hippy maggots.
