They're synonymous, bookends from hell. The only people who have benefited from the Bush/Cheney cartel are our beloved offense contractors. And the Haves More Than Their Next Ten Generations Of Oafish Swine Could Ever Spend.

Some people still believe Jesus was a white supremacist who wanted us to kill our neighbors and starve the poor. These check-mailing nincompoops vote, apparently two or three times. What more can I say?

It's more like a fascist state crossbred with a military/industrial complex and sprinkled with a generous dose of oligarchy and good old-fashioned imperialism. The WTO is our much-larger version of Mussolini's Assemblage of Industry. King George pooh-poohed the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights and cut us all out of the loop. There are only about 230,000 people whose votes count anymore, and we're not in that category. And yet a third of us or less vote for George, but that's more than enough when you have a lot of help stacking the deck.

I didn't like Bill Clinton at the time, but he's looking more like the new FDR by the minute. But then, so would Millard Fillmore. Or Vlad the Impaler.

THat hippy general eisenhower coined that warning first. In reality I think fascism is a more accurate term to describe the Bush admin. Its not just the Military Industrial Complex anymore--but the energy corporations, mass media corporations--etc.

Politics from 1929 to 1939

From 1929 to I939, Mussolini completed the building-up of the totalitarian state.

In 1938, the Fascist Grand Council abolished the Parliament, and set up in its place an Assembly of Corporations which consisted of representatives from twenty-two industrial and professional corporations. In other words, the parliamentary system in Italy came to an end. In 1939, though Italy remained, in name, a monarchy, Mussolini, as the Duce of the Fascist Party, was the uncrowned King of Italy. He was always right and no one dared to oppose him.

Pretty much. Daddy Bush is one of the leaders of the Carlyle Group, along with former British Prime Minister John Major, the bin Ladens and some Saudi Royals. They have enough clout to get a piece of most of the worlds defense budgets. The Bush family is a REALLY SICK BUNCH! Its all about the almighty dollar, no matter who has to die for them to get it.

Whores, completely devoid of any logic, morality, or reasoning who's goals are to destroy Democracy and the American way of life, by causing and supporting brutal civil wars and promoting sectarian violence. I think that , would describe them better!
