Go to Yahoo Groups and set up one. It is a follow-your-nose/paint by the numbers routine that takes about 15 minutes. Bingo, you have a website.

If you want a fullblown one using a web-hosting service -- I assume that you have read into this at least a little -- then I suggest you buy WebPlus by Serif. It is so easy to use that you don't need to read the manual. Then go to GoDaddy and buy their least expensive package for about $100.

Bingo, in about two days (or two hours if you are clever) you will have a fullblown website.

I started websites by learning HTML. It is the best route to take as you can make your websites look exactly how you want when you get more advanced.

You could then put your website at http://www.freewebs.com
