how can I stop what seems to be an account highjacking?

All my internet accounts including my website amin area and won't accept my signin signature, my database is blank.
where do I get yahoo staff to look into that please ?

usually when you go to the sign in page, there's a "forgot password" link. Click that, and you should see a page asking you for your email or sign-in name, and then it will either send you the password or ask you an agreed-upon "security question", one that you would have chosen when you registered. If the latter happens, it will send you an email or show you your password when you give it the right answer.
