son has gone through rehab trying to get his life straightened out but exwife because of finances is holding daughter and granddaughter hostage has moved far away need legal advice thank you

call your local court assistance and ask for names and numbers of someone who could help. there should be a self help person in your city that will only charge for paperwork to have a modification of divorce drawn up. in idaho this guy named Leo did mine for 100$ this is his email address:

my advice is to start documenting everything. write it all down with dates, get a camera that records the date on the pic and take pictures of presents you had to send away and if you get them back. send mail thats certified so mom has to sign for it and you get receipt she got it. get a voice recorder and record every phone call so you dont forget what is said to be able to write them down in your note book. best buy has one that makes copies on your computer for 60 bucks. and be prepaired to spend money for a court battle.

as a mom I knew my kids dad would not harm them....it was his friends I was hiding the kids from...........He would not be aware enough to keep the safe
