the things i do are count sheep, cry myself to sleep, or evenfall asleep while listening to music!!

Maybe U have too much energy stored in your body.
Do some exercise or housework?
Like this would make u feeli tired after u have a sweat =P

I read, or play tetris. Sometimes I don't sleep. But Reading puts me to sleep or some good old fashioned journaling.

warm whole milk with a small pat of butter floated on it.

there is something chemical in there that works...

I have suffered withdrawals and this has put me to sleep...

listen to smoothing music, read a book, inhale deeply and most importantly... blank your mind :) good nite.. sleep tight..
