i am in the medical profession for over 26 years,so being on my feet for all those years were taking a toll on my feet, ankles and calfs,i tried for years to find help,i tried many produts that didn't
help, finally i found my own regimin, first invest in a foot bath like dr
schols, with cool warm ans massage, tis thing is the greatest thing
i've found that really helped me,you can also get some fizzy balls
in different scents that are to soften your skin as you soak, these
are great but if you want a little deeper more exfoliating foot bath
get some epson salts it is used for many things,it soothes and
cleans exfoliates so dry dead skin is gone and leaves the deeper
dermis clean, shiny, and also relived of all the days hot, itchy and tiredness gone along with the stress form those areas, just remember if you are going to do this check with your m d to make sure you are ok to do this, second you can also experiment with different lotions, but before you run out and buy an expensive one try this one first, get a lotion with a mint base peppermint, speramint rosemary and mint combo, are all made to soothe the days stress away as soon as you put it on lather the
lotion into you areas moving upward with a firm but gentel hand
put a good amount on rub this in till almost gone, then put on a pair of pure cotton socks to cover the areas do not massage after
putting socks on,wait approxcimentally 10 miniutes your feet will
start to feel warm and the lotion will smell stronger as this is happening you will soon find you feet ankles and calfs are more relaxed ans the days stress is gone, you may leave the socks on in bed or take them off just be sure to rub all the remaing lotion
into skin to avoid slipping while walking, remember check with you doctor first, sit back relax and enjoy hope this helps you as it has me.

Do you have a rubber mat that you stand on, at work? If you have any kind of a vibrating machine at home, can put that on the floor and run your feet over it .. back and forth.. the next best thing is to make sure you get your feet elevated and concentrate on making them relax for you.

Trying getting some shoes with a high arch. Talk with your doctor he/she can give you a list of exercises that might help alleviate the pain or a referral to a podiatrist that can help you relieve the pain with custom orthotics.
