I am having mild cramps a week after my period, and discharge as well. What's up with that? Normal? I don't feel sick.

Hmmmm, if it has been 7-10 days after your period, you are ovulating, and if you have had sex very recently (within that time frame) it may be implantation cramping. Of course, it could be another problem. IF they get too bad, go see your doctor.

That is absolutely normal. I am only 15 and I have that problem. Usually, a heating pad for about an hour along with some Midol helps me.

I'ts ok Ihave the same problem GET HEATING PAD OR LIE on left side take more meds . let them work for a while it's just stress.
