This is to expand my "trying to open my computer"question. Anyway,

-I have a Dell Dimension 3000 Series
-Whenever I trys to open my desktop, a message says "Cannot Display This Video Mode", no matter how much time I trys to restarted it.

PS: does this have to do with "F2" and "F12" at the save mode?

Push the F8 key and hold it down when you restart it and then choose to start up in the "safe" mode. It should boot with a 640 X 480 resolution and you can see the screen and adjust your default choice of video before restarting your computer in the normal mode again.

Your video card is broken. Open the case and make sure it is inserted properly. It's the chip that your monitor cord plugs into from the back. If it plugs straight into your motherboard, that means it's integrated video and that's bad news and you'll have to replace the motherboard instead.
