Nope. Simple as that. We wouldn't be best friends if I did, now would we? Realizing the two of you are best friends is kinda like getting married, in a sense...through thick and thin, till death do us part. I take the term "Best Friends" seriously and don't throw it around lightly.

Depends on the crime (some serious crimes I may not look at as serious crime like the law would others I would be in agreement and others I would be harsher then the law LOL)

I guess it depends on the crime but more than likely I could convince him/her to go tto the authorities but if they insisted on not turning themselves in I would certainly turn them in. I think so many factors come into play in a situation like this but all in all my number one priority would be keeping others safe as well as making sure that my best friend was safe and not putting him/herself in a situation that could lead to more problems or potentially being killed.

If they committed a SERIOUS crime
(to me that would be Murder, Rape, Child molestation)
then they would no longer be a best friend...

So yes.

how serious?
if my friend did something like this, then I don't know who he/she is anymore
but if he/she is still trying to be friends with me, then I would convince them to turn themselves in or else turn them in if your moral consciousness is bothering you
