All of your nukes, maybe. But Neuclear Bombs were invented in the U.S.A.
First thing you have to understand, there is no proof that we only use 10% or 24% of our brain. We have nothing to support the fact. Nothing even close. The brain is such a mystery to humankind, that IF we actually are only using 10% of our brain, just imagine the possiblities of 100%! No war, no problems, no nothing.
And that first post there? Telling us that we are dumb, and typing entirely in caps? Can you possibly get more hypocritical?

1. "...crores..." -- Huh?
2. "...synapsis forms the whole network connection of telephones in the world..." -- Huh?
3. "...used 24% of his brain poential..." Huh? By what measurement? What is your citation for this?
4. "...Our president, APJ Abdul Kalam have spared about 7.5% , which is the brain behind all nuclear missiles..." Huh?
I have a question for you. Do you really believe you can write understandably in English?

We use all of our brain; see:
http://faculty.washington.edu/chudler/introb.html
" The question is: Do we use only 10% of our brains?
Let me state this very clearly:
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that we use only 10% of our brains.
In other words, the statement, "We use only 10% of our brains" is false; it's a myth. We use all of our brain. Let's look at the possible origins of this myth and the evidence that we use all of our brain.
Where Did the 10% Myth Begin?
The 10% statement may have been started with a misquote of Albert Einstein or the misinterpretation of the work of Pierre Flourens in the 1800s. It may have been William James who wrote in 1908: "We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources" (from The Energies of Men, p. 12). Perhaps it was the work of Karl Lashley in the 1920s and 1930s that started it. ... ..."
Have a look at the site; it is IMO excellent!

Well I don't think we could use all 100% of it. I great deal of it, probably 75% or more of the nuerons in our brain regulate other things in our body. For example, our heart beat, regulating breathing, and processing thousands of nerve signals to every part of our body. The average person only uses about 10% of their brain. 40% of that 10% is used to store things that we can look up. Someone once asked Einstein for his phone number, to which Einstein responded that he didn't know his own phone number. He said "Why should I waste value brain space storing information that I can look up in a phone book?"

Humans have the capacity to do quite a lot with their brains. I'd say most just aren't aware of the fact and some just don't give a damn. The brain can be as weak and fragile as a blade of grass, or as strong and enduring as iron.

We use 100% of our brain, we only use a certain percent based on what we are doing.
Just ask Stephen Hawkings, he'll know!
