If some one gave me a stick of gum with LSD on it, and I didn't know, and they new I didn't want it. How could I get the person who did that? What would happen to them? Could I be in trouble too?

First, you'd have to have evidence that you were under the influence of LSD. A blood test taken at the time would indicate LSD if they test for it.

Then you'd have to have evidence that the LSD came from the gum.

Lastly, you'd need evidence proving that the person who gave you the gum put the LSD on it.

To answer your last question, you can't be charged for being drugged by someone else.

hi my friend, firstly, do you take anything from anyone, like always? well I would not done that today, so I really don`t get your point, you know who you get something from right, so what is the problem, if you get taken by the cops, one of two things will happen, as easy like that, 1, they believe you, 2, they don`t

but what this is about is what it will take for you not to put anything you get from strangers in our mouth, easy and absolutely free, legal and easy to remember.

Peace and love from Norway
