When some men masturbate they llike to have the feeling of softness next to the penis the sock provides that softness. It has the added benefit of catching all the semen that is ejaculated so that there is no mess to clean up afterward. Then the sock can go into the laundry with all the other dirty socks and mom or wife is no wiser since the semen smell is covered up by the dirty sock smell. Young teen boys will find the sock system a very good way to masturbate discreetly and keep their sex life personal and private.

Something thats around and easily washable to avoid making a mess? Never used it nor understood why they;'d use that over a regular tissue, but thats the reasons Ive heard

its more of a joke than anything.. just a way of keeping your thing hidden and to catch the sperm.
most dont even use one though. there is no need.. just a little clean up when its over

Probably used to either ejaculate in or use to wipe up after with. Can't think of any other uses.
