tattoos shops in chicago? that don't card for piercings?

I wouldn't go to any shop that doesn't card.
It shows that they are not professional.
If they are slacking off in not properly carding people, they are most likely slacking off in their sterilization procedures, piercing procedures and may not even know how to properly pierce. ( the guy piercing you may of only been piercing for a week you have no idea!)
Piercing is not as easy as it looks. You want to know that you are going to someone who is experienced, qualified and knows about cross contamination, first-aid and licensing depending on your state.
