Is it safe for a single girl to travel & stay in Mumbai for around 2 weeks?

Well believe me! you will never be in a trouble in Mumbai if you have a good friend to advice you. Also mumbai is much safer than new delhi and up north.

Friends do business in Mumbai. Our company always advises us to be careful. I would say that it is like any big city anywhere else in the world. Be careful and use discretion on the types of establishments you visit.

its very safe
even roaming out alone at midnight is not a hassel
its the safest city of india
the bollywood has made the effect
ask me i live here for 21 years and i have to return alone at midnight
im a girl
also bombay never sleeps u will fing people at any time of the hour if u need help

Please don't go as you might get robbed, of everything, and still if you insist of going, then it would be better to stay in a good hotel where they would guide you better... Intercontinental, Oberoi, The Taj. If you don't have enough cash, then avoid going there unless you are with someone. or if you know know anyone there to show you around.... When do you plan to go. if your r coming from outside india will be problem so find some one in mumbai and enjoy
