If you are passing white "things" during urination, you may have
any number of different infections, or you may simply be
passing cloth (probably underwear) that has simply gotten
lodged just inside your urethra.

If it persists, definitely see your doctor. If it doesn't appear to
be cloth, see your doctor.

its called a urinary tract infection. Then again, it might be a venereal disease. You need to set to a doctor, and pronto. Untreated, you could end up sterile or losing the thing altogether.
