In our daily life, in work places, offices :etc, people tends not to take decision because of this "win win situation".This can only apply in Singapore, the "win win situation" is a failure to other countries.

Yes. It is because most Singaporeans don't want themselves to be labelled as failure. By not making any decision, you will not fail as our society is seems to be structured in this way.

Hi! Just a sharing.......To me, the "win-win" strategy is an art of negotiation which by we solve a problem in such a way that no one will suffer losses and no one will be made to feel like a loser. This way, all persons involved will be able to gain with fairness and thus feel more happier about the whole situation.
