if you mean what is the oldest species of fish, then the coelocanth would be the answer. Predating the dinosaurs, the coelocanth was thought to be long extinct, but live specimens were discovered in 1938! Read more about it here...

While a coelacanth is the oldest known species of fish, it is certainly not the oldest fish ever caught, and it was never caught off the coast of the United States.
The oldest fish raised in captivity is considered to be a Queensland Lungfish known as "Grandpa" that is still alive in Chicago's Shedd Aquarium (over 70 years old). However, this fish was caught in Austrailia, and not the United States!
I'm not sure if this is the answer to your question, but it fits most of the criteria: a Rockeye Rockfish caught in Alaska in 2001 was aged at 205 years. Rockfish certainly are one of the longest living fish species, and all are very prevalent along the Pacific Coast.

probably its a ceolacath scientist say that it is the closest thing to when amphibians walked the land ; there is also alung fish but i dont know if that is alive now?
