They're dumb. No one with a shred of common sense would wear stocking caps in 100-degree weather. I'm 16 years old, and me and my friends would never even THINK about it. Screw "being cool;" we don't want to pass out from heat exhaustion.

I regularly merely make certain that each and each human being's inner barometer might want to be different and do not react in any respect. Now, in the journey that they are sweating bullets and look like they're going to bypass out...i'd gently ask in the journey that they could be extra tender taking their jacket off. sturdy success!

It's a carryover from the prison population just like wearing pants which are too big and slide down, because in prison you don't have a belt. It's a way of being hip and hard showing your tough.

stocking caps, like pantyhose material or beanies? Stocking caps are really only meant for black guys to keep in moisture on their scalp. Then again, that's lost its purpose and now you have wiggers (white guys acting black) trying to fit in and wear one as if it were cool in the first place. Well, stocking or beanie, it's stupid either way.

fashion is everything. sorta like having to walk around half naked when it's below zero to show off those tattoos---it's part of the price you gotta pay for the look.
