No to the second part of your question. I don't think Hilary (1 L) has slept with a man since 9 months before Chelsea was born. That's why she doesn't mind Bill's internal problems.
As to the first part of the question, I think that Foster committed suicide in the White House and was moved to the park afterwards. Why did he commit suicide? Probably because he saw how corrupt that administration was and realized that he was duped into helping them. As a man of good conscience he couldn't take the realization of his complicity in its machinations.

Dunno. Was Ken Lay murdered, and did he have a lot of damaging information on Bush that he was about to spill?
You can play these games back and forth all the time, but the fact is, it's been about 12 years since the Foster incident, and no one has come up with a single shred of evidence more compelling than mere conjecture that the death was anything other than the suicide it was ruled to be.
The rest is just part of the many many globs of mud certain neoconservatives kept flinging at President Clinton, to see which ones would stick, because they knew he was the most dangerous member of the Democratic party to them. A strong leader, a brilliant orator and a very strong political mind.
Five and a half years later, and a whole lot of VERY questionable behavior by the CURRENT administration, and the best anyone can come up with to try to distract everyone is pointing the finger at what the previous administration MAY have done? Honestly. It's over. Clinton can't be President again, he can't really have any level of power again, and regardless of what you prove or insinuate there will still be people who line up to listen to what he has to say.
Let it go.

Yes, Vince was murdered and the Clintons covered it up as a suicide. Vince knew too much and it was time to take care of him before he became a problem. At Fort Marcy Park, somehow he killed himself and his body mysteriously moved about 200 ft to another location. Amazing how peoples arms and legs continue to move after they kill themselves.
