It is probably just the begining of menopause. Make sure you get lotsa calcium and you might want to talk to your doctor.

It is most likely menopause. My mom went thru that at about your age, but her period kept coming back for a couple of years before it finally just stopped, but some women's periods just stop during menopause. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about pregnancy, or anything else.

I was forty when I went into menopause. Nothing wrong with me. I think the earlier you go into menopause the less problems you have with it.

It could be early menopause, I think this is heredity. I had mine stop when I was 27. I didn't have it for a little over a year. The doctor said it was caused from stress, (I moved to CA from NY). He gave me a pill and it started like clockwork. It is probably best to see your doctor.

check with your doctor and ask about the possibility of menopause.it usually starts around age fortybut it would be a good idea especially when you look at the long range problems that go with menopause.

It seems a bit early, but it's really a hereditary thing. What age was your mom when she hit menopause? If you're concerned you should see a doctor.

Make an appointment with a gynocologist. Explain your situation to them. They can do blood work to determine if you are in menopause or not. If not, they can do tests to see what is wrong.

I went through meno in my early 30's. Way too young. Sounds like this is what is happening to you. But careful! Since you are just starting you could still get pregnant. So watch out!
