Grrrrr. John Patterson is on the DL again. Need a replacement SP. The established, available, SP in my leagues free agent list are junk.

Any "sleepers" or recent "call-ups" or just "off the DL" that I should consider?

How about Mike Pelfrey of the Mets? He had a great first start and may be around for a while. You may also take a look at Sidney Ponson. A change of scenery may do him a world of good.
