How do you feel about denim?

I am amazed at how long denim has stayed in fashion. I love it, especially the versatility of it. It goes with everything. It is the original shabby chic. Do any of you have any interesting appications or uses for denim?

well, a friend of mine's girlfriend has this one pair of shoes that she has sewn patches of denim to, in a kinda odd design, she also has a pair of jeans with names of every friend she has stitched in them, and a bed that is covered in it, and denim pillows, and a few of the posters on her wall are framed by an outline of denim. she has a denim curtain around her bed and denim pillows. but i think she has obsession problems with denim. she says it just feels good

I hate denim. Hollywood stars make it hot even in a tropical place like my country. It's too thick too wear in the temperature of 37-40 Celsius degrees.
