No such site exists because the numbers vary from one car to the next.
To determine how much gas you'll need, figure that your car's tank will get you 300 miles (unless you know differently - diesel VW cars, for example, can get 500 per tank). Divide the Mapquest distance by tank endurance, and you figure out how many tanks each way.
Example:
The trip takes 750 miles.
The car has a 14 gallon tank and 300 miles endurance.
2.5 tanks = 35 gallons.
Of course, this is just a guesstimate. If you drive conscientiously, you can increase your mileage (example: follow the speed limit and you will extend your tank). However, this should give you a good enough estimate to figure out how much it will cost.

As a professional truck driver I can tell you. Write your mileage down next time you fill the tank. write it down again when you fill up. Subtract those to numbers and divide them by the gallons you put in on the second fill up.
If your car gets 20mpg and your trip is 600 miles then you know you will need 30 gallons of gas to make the trip.

no, but you can go onto website and get the distance you need to travel. then take your car and calculate how much gas ur using per mile. then you know how many gallons u need, i mean its not the exact amount because you dont drive in a straight line all the time lol, its the minimum of course

No, but there is a site that could tell you how many miles it would be from one place to another, and after you figure that out you just need to multiply it out by how many miles to the gallon your car gets.

how much fuel it takes to get to a certain destination would be individual to every car on the road. there is no possible way to correctly calculate that.

i am not aware of it because cars spend different amounts of gas. Usually they give you an estimate, go to mapquest.com and go to travel planer.
