My dad was my socce coach for 6 years... Im just done with being related to my coaches. Its awkward

Yeah it is wrong, because if your mom and her boyfriend (your coach) have a fight...you will be seeing the game from the bench.

not at all because! because when your dad was your soccer coach, those where special memories that you had w/ him. you probably dont want your mom's boyfriend taking over those special memories of you and your dad. i would join another team. it is sweet though that he is willing to participate. i dont know of many that do. take care. keep on building memories w/ your dad anyway you can.

it isn't wrong but it is nice to know ur parents are there when u need help, like some kids would wish there parents were there, some parents don't even come to games but this guy will becuase he is the fricken coach

No it's not wrong, I would probably feel the same way.
I would just be honest with your parents. If you feel uncomfortable talking about it to your step-dad, talk it over with your mom first.
They should understand, and not push you if you are not comfortable.

theres nothing wrong with you-you need space and I know exactly what you mean, so calmy justify this to your mother and her boyfriend, if they don't understand-or just do it anyhow just find a way of not being on his team-but good luck with what ever happens
