If we were to add one, I would have to say Mexico. I love Mexican food and they would all naturally become legal! Problem solved. North Korea doesn't let their people have food. Of course, that may be a good reason to pick them. I don't like middle eastern food. Great Brittan has been an ally in many things we have done and it would not make sense to add them. Plus then you also inherit the problems the Brits have in Ireland. Oh no, more bombs!

Poodie has a good point though.

There won't be. The US will suffer economic collapse within the next 25 years and break into segments. Most likely the northwest and north central would join Canada, the southwest and Mexico become one massive hispanic state (Aztlan, they're calling it), and the eastern seaboard and southeast degenerate into a massive, poverty stricken slum run by religion.

Puerto Ricans do not want to loose their national identity, culture, olympic team,language....they already saw what happened to Quebec and Hawaii....they do not want it ever. Mexico is already a sovereign state so that is out of the question. ...So i will say that the next US state is : US Virgin Islands: they speak english , have a weak identity and have a very tiny population, perfect.
