The action and discipline of reviewing, thinking about and then learning how to control my thoughts... this is how to hold and direct your destiny

I don't know if I've altered my destiny. I don't know if I believe in that anymore. But I have altered my path. Mostly by seeing how my thoughts led to my opinions, to my actions and resided in my character. I excavated myself. I'm still doing it. If you really want insight into why you are who you are, why you do what you do, take a look at your parents or anyone in your life who really matters in a parental way to you. They say we marry our fathers and end up like our mothers and vice versa. Why do you think they say that? Looking that hard can hurt, cause you see nobody is perfect. In fact you may see that some people, even those you 'love' are disposable. I don't mean kill them. Duh. Just get the knowledge you need and let the rest go. You can even rise above love. Because love in some situations is just thinly disguised control and manipulation.
