yes surely , just once gain visit the website will do , when ever you entering website cookies can be loaded automatically if it is not there

I dont believe so, it just like if you deleted the cookies yourself. It won't harm anything, all cookies are , are previous websites you have visited is all..

All a cookie is, is saved info about the website you've been to. Don't worry at all about it. You will be fine.
