10% is used for consious thought.

The rest interprets the signal from eyes, ears and other sensual input, runs heart, lungs stomach and other organs, coordinates muscles when you try to move, and does other background tasks.

true...our brain is the final frontier. maybe sometime we'll find our about telekinetics and telepathy perhaps? interesting prospects.
