I am considered an exceptionally compentant and proficient in my field of work, I effectively engage with others in a courteous and professional manner in matters of work. My problem is that I am easily distracted by women who remove their shoes or even dangle their shoe from their toe. Any suggestions on how I can maintain my focus in said circumstances would be greatly appreciated.

Try concentrating on looking at their eyes when you talk to them. They will feel that you are truly talking to them and paying attention to their needs and you will not see their feet or toes if you look in their eyes.

Good luck!
