first of all b.h.p. is the horsepower at the crank. you want to inrease the power at rear wheel. Since its a 4 stroke lets assume you have some money to spend. have the cylinder head worked on by doing a 5 angle valve job, porting the intake, porting and [polishing the exhaust.then lets have the cylinder or cylinders bored at least 40 over.next the carb needs to be jetted up and the venturi bored or a larger carb can be installed.also a less restrictive exhaust system.call megacycle and see if they make a cam for it,more lift and duration makes more horses.all this will cost a bit of money as power is relitive to cash.

I didnt look at link but, if its the SOHC its probably pretty similar to CB/XL/XR100/125/185/200.
Slightly bigger carb wont hurt (20~22mm) and a less restrictive exhaust, (but make sure you have a silencer, as without back pressure in exhaust system you'll probably burn out valves)
You may be able to get used parts to experiment with.
If you want more its going to start to get expensive and less reliable
I just looked at link. Its based on the CG125 pushrod motor. I dont think there are any tuning parts available, you'll have to make your own (carb and exhaust will work though) You may be able to bore it out to 200 cc, may be able to use a 1970's CB350 twin piston or something similar

/I\ Good advice, I would say the same also how about a small bottle of nitrous oxide for those moments when you need extra power. A small bottle would last for 4 or 5 speed runs.
