its good if you feel good when youre talking, bad if you feel awkward when your talking.

its great to talk to friens neccesary or uneccesary if talking to your friends makes you happy that will reflect in other places like work and if your happy at work the better work you do and the better work you do the more cash youll be bringing in.

its definitely not bad..that is how you put out whats in your mind and become stress free.even nonsense talk is not bad..after all why are friends for!!
