I would like to have both the great sex and then a good night's sleep. But if I had to choose I would go for a good night's sleep since it's been 3 year since I had a good nights sleep

It's been about a year since I've had sex, and not even great sex, but it's also been a long time since I've had a great nights sleep(I can't shut my mind down, even during sleep). Great sex can make someone feel very satisfied and confident during the day, but a great night's sleep will give you peace, and also clarity throughout the day, so I vote for a great night's sleep. Then maybe that will help me have great sex one day.

Actually I usually wake up ready to go. So a good nights sleep followed by a day of great sex.

Hmmm ....
For me nothing compares the sexual embrace of touching
and loving, here the division of the sexes shows its full
glory, Sleep ? I blush at the thought i would prefer sleep
over having a woman so close in what nature has given
our species, many times in sleep i dream of that feeling
of having sex, so real, the touch and emotion with making
love in ones sleep. then as one returns from such exciting
repose only to find a pillow, for some of us here we have
lost touch with the sexual experience for whatever reasons
we are expose to..
One might say that making love is an esoteric modality of true friendship ... Many people take for granted the beauty of
making love, to some sex is sex, when sex is two people
becoming one, how beautiful a transformation is that ?
We become alchemist with touch, and feel, sometimes with
words, nature has given us a feeling and
emotion which other species may not have, most animals
if not all, do not have the passion we as humans have,
for them sex is the instinct for the continuation of life during certain
cycles, primates may do their monkey business but is there
passion in their play or is it just something to do because
they know it feels good .....
Sex allows one to see and feel how different our bodies are and
what can arouse the passion, to massage and embrace and
explore the human anatomy is the most wonderous journey
one can experience.
So the simple answer is:
sex,
the most beautiful experience for touch,
kiss and being
at one with beauty and natures pattern of Her ways .....
