I have this little peice of flesh or skin that is hold together the foreskin from retracting and going down. What is this? Is there something wrong? Will it break eventually? I am a virgin! HELP!!

It sounds like the frenulum on the underside of the penis head. It's supposed to be attached to the foreskin to keep it from going wherever. In some people it can be too short to the point where retracting the foreskin can hurt. Sometimes it tears and bleeds, and that hurts, but afterwards there's usually no more troubles with it.

It could also be an adhesion. You should see a doctor if you're really concerned. They may have some solution that'll get everything working.
