Sure- if beauty is in the eye of the beholder, why can't love be the same way. The blind "see" in thier own ways and have images of what they experience. So, why not love?

When you meet the one you need, being blind might work in your favour. More open to your other senses, forced to use your mind more than most people ever will, you could feel the vibrations of that other piece of your soul and not let all the stupid excuses stand in the way of what you know you need.
