No. I don't believe there is any, unfortunatly. Since Mai Hime and Mai Otome is to be believed more of a shojo-ai sort of thing. There's a ton of Shizuru/Natsuki. The only straight couple that was centered in a fic that I've seen EVER for Mai Hime was a Akira/Takumi. But there are fic's out there that have Tate/Mai but there is still shoujo-ai in it. Even on www.fanfiction.net there is no centered pairing for a Tate/Mai.
