If you have legal custody (court papers)yes i would say so. Is there a reason they have been living with mom since DEC.05 and you have custody? Why do you want them back out of spite. I need a little more information

they can come back as long as your ex hasn't filed for custody, to do that your ex would need to have 6 months of continous physical custody. I suggest that you make them come back to your house for a week or 2 to break up the time that they are living with your ex

They can only if they want to. Depending on their age, they might be able to see a family lawyer or if you talk to your lawyer maybe you can ask for an OCL-Ontario child lawyer. Most lawyers will give you a free 20 consultation on the phone or in person. Good Luck

yes. But it also depends on the age of the children. If they are over 14, in some places, it's their choice.
