If you have legal custody (court papers)yes i would say so. Is there a reason they have been living with mom since DEC.05 and you have custody? Why do you want them back out of spite. I need a little more information

they can come back as long as your ex hasn't filed for custody, to do that your ex would need to have 6 months of continous physical custody. I suggest that you make them come back to your house for a week or 2 to break up the time that they are living with your ex

They can only if they want to. Depending on their age, they might be able to see a family lawyer or if you talk to your lawyer maybe you can ask for an OCL-Ontario child lawyer. Most lawyers will give you a free 20 consultation on the phone or in person. Good Luck

If you have full custody they have to come back if you say they should.
