How do i sync my phone to my v cast phone that does not have vacst service to my pc?

i do not have the v cast service, but i have all the equipment, i know to use the ubs cable, but it wont sync. I'm trying to use a micro sd card instead of the v cast music. how do i do it?

Purchase the Music Essentials kit. If you don't install the software, it won't sync.
