What should I be listening to?? Prefer new things, and if your under 18 and still listening to fall out boy, and afi, and that crap......don't bother........

Good answers guys....but I've been there.....This music kicks ***....but I need some new stuff........Don't care if its not a big label, or even been released......Underground is good!!

im under 18, but i like some stonesour, black label society, killswitch engage, taproot, underoath, as i lay dying, lacuna coil, flyleaf, avenged sevenfold*, saliva (always--great song), roses are red, all that remains, nine inch nails, rammstein, zombie, sevendust, etc... they all rock.



even try-- the exies, disturbed, drowning pool, deftones (hexagram--awesome), chevelle, brand new, otep, nonpoint, atreyu, arch enemy, adema....

all the bands range from hard, metal, rock, death, grunge, and maybe even a lil alternative... i hope you like a few. =)

Yeah, I am under 18. But, if you are into death metal/grindcore/hardcore I think you will like some of the bands that I list. It is all pretty much 'underground' bands.

So you want recent good metal.
Try Children of Bodom, Sonata Arctica, Samael, Moonspell, Dimmu Borgir, and Rammstein. These are my favorite of the more recent metal bands.
They're all more on the melodic side of things, though. If you're more into grindcore you probably won't like anything I listed.

If you want something really of the beaten path, listen to Tyr, Einherjer, Moonsorrow, Finntroll or Vintersorg. They're folk metal, it's a really interesting genre.

I really like hard rock. Some of my favorites are Nickelback, Breaking Benjamin, Marilyn Manson,System of a Down, Metallica, Flyleaf, Dope, Sevendust and Bullet For My Valentine. Just to name a few. : )

i am under 18 but i do not listen to that very much it depends if my friends are listening to it or not. Cradle of filth, death, slayer, manowar, moterhead, all thrash metal, death metal i do in some of the things in my band. Mettalica is awesome, i was in my mothers stomache when she was in a Ozzy concert. They put me to sleep by iron maidon videos. dio, anthrax, savatage, and loads more i listen to.
