Unless this is your normal skin color, you probably have some interesting sore or VD - you need to see the doctor if it's weeping wound or is painful. Could be a form of skin cancer.

it could be celulite, celulite is cause by obesity it appears btween the thighs most of the time and it could also be pubic hairs around your penis area

could be your skin color, could be vd, could be a yeast infection, could be lint from your pants if you dont wear underware. my suggestion go see a dr if your skin color is not the issue
