In Control Panel, select User Accounts, click on Change an Account, click on your login account, and then on the left click on Manage my network passwords. You should now be presented with a list of accounts, some of which are the accounts listed in the .NET login. select(or click on)a account and click on the Remove button.
If you want to remove windows messanger.Go to the website below
http://www.pchell.com/support/removemessenger.shtml
go to the "Removing Messenger from computers WITH Service Pack 1 installed" not "Removing Messenger from computers WITHOUT Service Pack 1 installed" if you have SP1 OR SP2.
HOPE THIS HELPS!

-Uninstall it in "Add or Remove Programs" located in your control panel
-remove it from "Add/Remove Windows" components in by clicking in the appropriate side button, when in "Add or Remove Programs"
-delete the msn folder in your program files folder in 'my computer' in c:\

Email me if you need step by step instructions.

NOTE: This will not stop her from downloading it again, or from someone using the computer from installing it again. THe best way to stop the use of it on a computer is to have the people using the computer to stop using the program
