Depends on where it is. Could be a sexually transmitted disease, a urinary tract infection, a yeast infection. I'd go to a women's clinic or your doctor to have them make sure everything's ok. I'd go very very soon if you were running a fever, felt sick all over, had cramp-like pain, or had a bad smell too.
