Strange question; after America helped win World War II, America started the Marshall Plan. Your bias against us might be helped if you read some history. The only Allied Country that invested any money, most of which was never repaid by any nation, was the US. So, it appears, from history, that Americans rebuild after they win.
That kind of makes your wild generalization sound even more ridiculous. Currently, in Iraq, the US is helping to rebuild schools, roads, power plants.... GEE, WE ARE ANIMALS!!
Better learn some history, and ask a few veterans what is really happening....

First you need to make it clear destroy in form of what?
That word has a wide meaning.

I have just read one comment and he/she is telling US rebuilds roads, schools etc. That's right correct it does. But what is the point of destroying them when u can negotiate like a human, not like an animal, kind of a monkey fighting. And for that funds which you spend over rebuilding you can feed kids in Africa.

But US destroys countries in form of culture and plus the nation.

Simply US is trying to divide big countries into small, so they can dominate them. Just think you cannot eat big cake without cutting it into pieces, it would be much easier for you to cut and than it rather than eating it all at once, which is impossible.

The next country, no there is no way to be for the next country. Cause world powers have the same opinion concerning Iran and N. Korea. But in case of Iran, China is little bit backing up, but Russia is on same track with US and EU.

Mr. Bush is afraid to start the war, cause he massed up in Iraq.

Knowing G.W. Bush, probably the one that will have the worst possible side effects for the USA.

I'm guessing France. We'd p*ss off the rest of our European allies (except for the British, of course). Two weeks later, Bush would be standing in the smoking ruins of New York City, telling everyone that this is what he was planning, that it would be good for America ... "Mission Accomplished".

The last 20 Americans left alive would then stab him to death with his own campaign buttons.

United States

There is a big difference between invading a country that did nothing to us VS a country that points missle our way, but remember Korea does not have the technology to attach a nuculear bomb on that missle.

so Donh.... USA's idiology is to blow it up and then fix it? Wow.... something seems wrong!

If it was up to the Liberals, this country. They've already started the process of creating animosity amongst the people.
