Definitely the Green Bay Packers. The Packers played in the NFL championship game six times from 1960-67, and won five, including an unmatched three straight from 1965-67. And of course they won the first 2 Super Bowls ever played in 1967 and 1968.
Their record during this time was 96-37-5
Cleveland Browns were 92-41-5 and Baltimore Colts were 92-42-4
No other teams were close coming in with 60+ wins for the same time period.
