Unless you have perfect pitch, you won't be able to gain perfect pitch. There is nothing that you can practice to aquire perfect pitch. But there are exercises that one can do to improve the ear and gain relative pitch. Practice singing intervals starting with Do-Mi-Soh, and all possible cominations of those three pitches.

Ex.
Start on Middle C, Sing
Do-Mi-Soh, then Do-Soh-Mi, and so forth using the lower and higher pitches from C.

Then start on "mi" and "soh". After you have done all this you will know intervals of a 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and octave well. By knowing 3 pitches, you will be able to sing the remainding 9 easily. But this takes time and one must have a clear understanding of this idea. It's too difficult to explain through forums.

Vocalises can be used to expand your vocal range. But most people can only sing 3 octaves. Anything more will be a strain of your voice. Expanding above 3 octaves will cause those upper notes to be weak and not have an power, resonance, or projection.
